Camp Snap Camera Giveaway Terms and Conditions (Updated December 31, 2024)

1. Eligibility: The Camp Snap Camera Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada who are 18 years or older as of the giveaway start date. Participants must follow the WHAT’S HAPPENING IN THE FLORIDA KEYS Facebook page and comment on the giveaway post specifying their desired camera color.
2. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on January 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM (Eastern Time) and ends on January 22, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time). Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must:
   • Follow the WHAT’S HAPPENING IN THE FLORIDA KEYS Facebook page.
   • Comment on the giveaway post stating their preferred camera color.

   Each participant is allowed one (1) entry per camera color (up to five total entries). Any additional comments specifying the same color will not count as additional entries. Participants may only win one (1) prize.

4. Prizes: Five (5) Camp Snap Cameras in different colors are available to be won. Winners will receive the camera color they specified in their comment. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be randomly selected from eligible comments on January 26, 2025.Winners will be tagged in the giveaway post and directed to message the WHAT’S HAPPENING IN THE FLORIDA KEYS Facebook page to claim their prize. *THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED ABOUT YOUR PRIZE. ANY DIRECT MESSAGES SENT TO YOU CLAIMING YOU WON WILL NOT BE FROM WHAT’S HAPPENING IN MARATHON AND COULD BE A SCAM.*

   Winners must respond within 7 days of being notified. If a winner does not claim their prize within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected.

6. Shipping: Prizes will be shipped free of charge to addresses in the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. Shipping will not be offered to any other locations.
7. Publicity: Winners’ names and likenesses will not be used for promotional purposes, except to notify winners as described above.
8. Disclaimers: This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Camp Snap. WHAT’S HAPPENING IN MARATHON LLC is solely responsible for the giveaway’s execution and prizes.

   By participating, entrants agree to release Facebook from any liability related to the giveaway.

   WHAT’S HAPPENING IN MARATHON LLC is not responsible for:
   • Any technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, that may prevent participation.
   • Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.Shipping delays or damages to the prize during transit.
   • Any issues arising from the use or operation of the prize.

   Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with receiving or using the prize. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless “What’s Happening in Marathon LLC” from any claims or liabilities related to their participation in the giveaway or the prize itself.

9. Rights Reserved: What’s Happening in Marathon LLC reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
